Happiness is what most people are looking for.Some try to reach by getting a better job wich leads to a betetr money earning.Some otherstry to go for aneasy job that takes less time with minimum salary so they can get more free time.

Most of this think that these ways are the right ways but let me tell you one thing.

What if i tell you that no matter whre you are or what job you have, you can be happy by simply spending an hour or two per day caring about your self.

We as humans need few things to feel happy.We need care,good physical condition and a good enviroment.

By spending at least an hour per day caring about our selfs and our physical/health condition and keeping a positive environment we will increase our chances to reach happiness.

Here are a light description of what you should do.

1-The self care : 

to care about your self you neeed to spend time just for you and trust me nothing and no one is more important for you is your self.reserving one hour of 24 hours is nothing.

What you need to do is ! 

*Describe your good qualities:

here is some examples :(honesty,willingness,power, and the list goes on)

*Be aware of what you got:

Good health condition, a roof that keeps you warm,friends and family, skills and ability to read or to listen and the list goes on

2-The good physical condition :

*Being alive is the most expensive/important/chance that we all got and should always be thankful for

*you have to keep your self away from harmful stuff even if they makes you happy temporarly (an easy way of satisfaction/happiness always has after effect physical if not it will be mental.

3-The good environment :

You need to keep your self surrounded by good people that spread good vibes.People that appreaciate your qualities.People that brings you up and encourage you.

You have to keep bad people away from you,bad vibes spread fast so stay away frrom them.
